We offer advice on all questions concerning inventions and patents. The advisory service is open to all members of the TU Clausthal.

• Personal and confidential advice for inventors (key questions: Is my idea an invention? What do I have to keep in mind and what are the next steps)?
• Explanation of procedures (invention disclosure, evaluation of the invention, patent application, exploitation)
• General information on industrial property rights
• Contractual regulations on the use of inventions and industrial property rights
